Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of 313, run by 313 (“we”). If your company has a separate agreement with us, that agreement comes first.
The service
313 transcribes the clips you send, writes on-screen title options for them, lets you try the titles on the video, makes the finished videos and, on request, publishes them or runs a test. Accounts are by invitation: we create them for our clients' teams.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your content
Your clips and everything we make for you (transcripts, titles, finished videos) stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and copy them only to provide the service, including through the providers named in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the rights to the clips you send, including to the people and music in them, and that publishing them is allowed.
Connected platforms
When you connect Frame.io, Google Drive or Instagram, their own terms apply too. We access them only as described in the Privacy Policy and only for what you ask us to do. When we publish for you, we follow the instructions you give in the service; you stay responsible for what is published on your accounts.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service for content that is unlawful, infringes someone's rights, or harms others, and don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
Payment
Prices and limits are those of your plan or agreement. Prepaid balances are used as you go; we refund units for clips that fail on our side.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve the service; if a change takes away something you rely on, we will tell you first.
Liability
Within what the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits or lost views), and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the data deletion page). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
